SMA/Broadcasts

 
– every message per group should have a time difference of at least 15 mins.
– youtube/fb links to be preferred for long videos to increase engagement on media pages
– videos less than 5 mins can be shared directly for better user end experience
– proper data to be maintained per group for single tick and blue tick to monitor messages deliverability
– broadcast messages should be sent via mobile data and if possible outside office to avoid meta’s policy on ip and geolocation tracking.

Youtube/Social Media

-to avoid ip and geolocation interference- priority is to comment via mobile data and if possible from different locations.
– Page managers to be assigned to comment on sir’s pages.
– at least 10 mins gap per comment
– first comment can be pinned with all appropriate details like link contact etc. while posting.
– link and other details to be added in description of all pages and posts.
– to avoid parallel commenting- users to be assigned with dedicated time for commenting. This can help to avoid spam and bulk commenting.

Deletion of Videos/Posts

– main priority is not to delete any post/video ever as it hampers the health of the page/channel which results in low visibility of the following posts and page. 
 
To avoid this, we can focus on cross checking every post twice before posting live.
If things can be edited online we will focus on that rather than removing post.
 
Only in case of a blunder, a post can  be deleted(* focus on hiding the post if option available)
In such events, views and engagement on the post needs to be monitored and decisions can be made accordingly.

Live Telecast

– for all live telecast sessions, scrolls needs to be present with all the appropriate details like link,contact etc.
-any content in the scroll should not conflict with the content in the video/slide/ppt. In such events, where scroll coincides with the content, scrolls can be removed till the time ppt/slide is visible on screen.
– within 24 hours, all live telecasts should be monitored and extra footage/content needs to be trimmed online.

WhatsApp Channel

– we need to promote whats app channel so that subscribers count can be increased.
– we can join multiple fb groups to achieve the same.
– regular posting in the channels needs to be monitored.
